Exchange Server 2010
I have recently had a client ask for a quote an on Exchange 2010. Along with this quote I needed to list out the new features. It has quite a few improvements.
Exchange Outlook Access – It works with almost every web browser. You are longer locked into only using Internet Explorer.
Performance Improvements – It has over 70% performance improvements over Exchange 2007.
Email Archiving – It is built into Exchange 2010 no need for additional 3rd party products.
Disaster Recovery – You can replicate to the cloud or to another site easily without the need for advanced clustering.
Delegate Management – You can delegate tasks such as distribution lists and changes to end users within outlook web access. This allows IT to get out of management of simple end user tasks.
