New Scheduling Software

Every day there seems to be new and interesting computer programming software hitting the market. One program that I came across was created by two local Milwaukee area students who attend Marquette University. The program is called ZoomShift, and it is basically a web-based scheduling tool that can be accessed by both managers and employees.

How it works is employees can post their work availability and then managers can go on and set schedules based on those availabilities, push schedule notifications, and post schedules for employees to view. The program can be accessed anywhere and anytime from a computer or mobile device.

Recently the two founders of ZoomShift won the Marquette Business Plan Competition and are experiencing great success with their new product, which is scheduled to launch in approximately a month. The ease and simplification that this tool can offer could change the world of scheduling.
